« Australia Now » : une année sous le signe de l’Australie en France

Après avoir passé un an en Malaisie, l'Australie s'invite en France à partir du mois de juin.

Porté par le gouvernement australien, a pour but de promouvoir pendant une année l'art, la culture, la diversité et l'innovation de son pays, au gré d'une brillante programmation culturelle.

Forte de sa coopération internationale, Australia now propose une immersion au Pays d'Oz, à travers des spectacles, des expositions, et des activités dans les secteurs de l'éducation, la recherche, les nouvelles technologies, le business, le tourisme ou encore le sport.

Cette nouvelle édition a pour ambition de rapprocher la France et l'Australie, de renforcer les liens qui les unissent, et de faire naître de nouvelles opportunités.

L' art aborigène sera à l'affiche de plusieurs institutions avec notamment l'exposition " Songlines - Tracking the Seven Sisters " au Musée du quai Branly - Jacques Chirac ou encore l'installation de ghostnets au Musée d'Histoire Naturelle du Havre, dont la galerie ARTS D'AUSTRALIE * STEPHANE JACOB a facilité l'intégration d' une pièce!

La scène artistique australienne contemporaine se dévoilera au Palais de Tokyo avec le projet inédit " sans titre (territoire originel)" de Jonathan Jones.

La gastronomie australienne sera mise à l'honneur lors du Food Temple Australia au Carreau du Temple en septembre 2021.

Le cinéma australien rayonnera grâce à une rétrospective à la Cinémathèque française autour d'une figure majeure du septième art australien.

The contemporary artistic Australian scene will be unveiled at the Palais de Tokyo with "untitled (transcriptions of country)", a ground-breaking project by Jonathan Jones.

Australian gastronomy will be put in the spotlight during Food Temple Australia, taking place at the Carreau du Temple in Paris in September 2021.

Australian cinema will shine thanks to a retrospective at the French Cinematheque around a major figure of the Australian seventh art.
