Mini-Cycle est à la recherche d’une personne enthousiaste,organisée et autonome qui peut facilement s’adapter à l’environnement versatile d’une jeune entreprise. Mini-Cycle se spécialise dans l’économie circulaire de vêtements pour enfants. Elle offre des vêtements neufs, ainsi que des vêtements seconde main pour les enfants de 0 à 12 ans.

Une fois que les enfants grandissent, Mini-Cycle garantie de tout racheter. Tous les vêtements vendus par l’entreprise sont choisis selon des critères de durabilité, afin qu’ils puissent être portés et reportés le plus grand nombre de fois possible. La mission de Mini-Cycle est donc de démocratiser les vêtements durables et de qualité.Comme Mini-Cycle est en croissance, le nombre de commandes évolue constamment et nous sommes à la recherche de quelqu’un capable de surmonter ces défis quotidiens avec enthousiasme.

Responsabilités principales:

•Préparer et emballer les commandes

•S’assurer que les vêtements envoyés ne comportent pas de défauts

•Accueillir et servir les client.es en boutique

•Tenir la boutique propre et organisée

•Recevoir la marchandise

•Effectuer le contrôle de la qualité lors de la réception de vêtements

•Toute autre tâche connexe

Exigences pour le poste:

•Avoir le sens de l’organisation et être autonome

•Avoir le sens des priorités

•Connaître Outlook et Excel, connaître Shopify est un atout

•Expérience en service à la clientèle

•Être flexible et prêt.e à s’adapter, puisque l’entreprise est en constante évolution

•Être enthousiaste et créatif.ve

•Parler et écrire en anglais et en français

•Connaître le domaine du vêtement pour enfants, ou bien du vêtement seconde main constitue un atout important

Opportunités et bénéfices:

Mini-Cycle is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Re-Cycle Assistant with a keen eye for quality and detail and who can easily adapt to the multitasking environment of a small business.

Mini-Cycle is a start-up that specialises in circular economy for kids’ fashion. It offers new and preloved clothes 0 to 12 years old and guarantees to buy everything back once the clothes have been outgrown.   All new clothes sold on the platform are chosen for their durability, so that they can come back to Mini-Cycle as many times as possible. The mission of Mini-Cycle is to make sustainable clothes more accessible to all by giving a pay back to the families who return their clothes and by offering durable clothes at a fraction of the price in the preloved (Re-Cycle) section.

As Mini-Cycle is growing, the number of orders is constantly changing, and we are looking for someone who is able to overcome these daily challenges with enthusiasm.

Key responsibilities include:

• Preparing and packing orders
• Make sure that the clothes sent are free of defects.
• Welcoming and serving customers in the shop
• Keep the shop clean and organized
• Receiving the goods
• Performing quality control when receiving garments
• Any other related tasks

Requirements:

• Have a sense of organization and be autonomous
• Have a sense of priorities
• Knowledge of Outlook and Excel, knowledge of Shopify is an asset
• Experience in customer service
• Be flexible and ready to adapt, since the company is constantly evolving.
• Be enthusiastic and creative.
• Speak and write in English and French
• Knowledge of the field of children’s clothing or second-hand clothing is an important asset.

• Position available from mid-August.
• Working hours Monday to Friday from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm.
