I found an authentic Japanese restaurant and bar at Maze Thonglor.
The name is ほっこり (Hokkori).
Bacause Maze Thonglor is a newly opened building, the restaurant is really new and clean.
Luckily we could get a private room.
It has a Japanese floor manager and Thai staff who can speak English and Japanese well.
Their service attitude is very polite and welcome.
You can see inside the kitchen where the chef grills food over a big fire.
They have so many kinds of sake.
This is my favorite sake, Asabiraki.
It tastes mild and sweet, so I recommend it for people who are not used to the taste of sake.
The cool thing is you can choose the glass for sake!!

As you can see, good taste and quality.
They serve some wagyu dishes, but the time when we visited all of them are sold out!!!!!!
The pictures on the menu look so nice…
I count here as one of my favorite Japanese restaurant in Bangkok.
I should visit again to try wagyu soon.
They also have lunch sets with good prices.

金曜日の夜はお友達カップルと最近オープンした“ほっこり”へ行って来ました。
赤ちゃん連れのカップルなので清潔かつ個室があるところを探していたら、
ほっこりに辿り着きました^^
京都をイメージしたお店の作りに外国人のお友達は大興奮♥️
おまけに私の大好きなあさ開があったのでボトルでオーダーしたら、
みんなに大好評でした♪
肝心なお料理もどれも美味しい！！！！！！
私的にサラダと焼き鳥がお気に入りです！
※ダイエット中なので脂っこいメニューは控えました。
残念なことに和牛のメニューはすべて品切れだったので、
次回に持ち越し。
店員さんたちは皆さんとても感じがよく居心地が良かったです。
ランチセットもあるみたいなので、これはチェックせねば！！！！！！！！
夕食後はお友達宅へお邪魔し、恒例のワイン会に。
もうニックと私はべろっべろよ。
