Je classe cet ingrédient parmi la liste des ingrédients neutres, car il s'agit d'alcool dénaturé qui est asséchant. Il s'utilise pour conserver le produit et s'il est compensé par d'autres ingrédients émollients, il n'est pas à proprement parler nocif : ici il y a l'Ester de jojoba (mélange de cire et d'huile de jojoba hydrogénée) qui le compense.
Seul petit bémol : l'extrait d'edelweiss arrive tardivement dans la composition (il est en gras).
You'll notice that the Alcohol Denat is in a "neutral" colour. I classify this product in my neutral components list, since it's some denatured alcohol which is drying. It's used to preserve the product and if it's counterbalanced by other emollient ingredients, it's not strictly speaking nocive : here there is the Jojoba esters (mix of wax and hydrogenated jojoba) which compensates.
Only downside : the edelweiss extract comes late in the formula (it's in bold).Parlons maintenant de l'utilisation et de l'efficacité : le produit est translucide (grâce à la gomme de xanthane qu'il contient) et exfolie bien, mais avec douceur, grâce à la poudre de tige de bambou (Bambusa arundinacea stem powder).
J'ai apprécié l'utilisation de ce produit, il en faut peu pour bien s'exfolier, je n'ai pas ressenti d'irritation et sa texture gel est rafraîchissante.
Let's now talk about its use and efficiency : the product is translucent (thanks to the xanthan gum) and exfoliates well, but gently, thanks to the bamboo's stem powder (Bambusa arundinacea stem powder).
I liked to use this product, a few goes a long way, and I didn't feel any irritation and its gel texture is cooling.
