LOOK - PARIS

Hey! Me voilà enfin de retour sur le blog! J'avoue qu'entre mon boulot et les récents évènement à Paris, je n'ai pas pris le temps (et n'avais pas vraiment l'envie aussi) de poster mes dernier looks. En même temps je me disais que ça ne servait à rien de me forcer, car je tiens à ce que mon blog reste un espace de liberté et de spontanéité ! (Je ne veux surtout pas que ça devienne automatique). En tout cas 2015 a été une année riche pour moi, avec la fin des travaux de notre nouvel appartement (qui m'ont parus interminables, un vrai cauchemar! mais ça valait le coup d'attendre! je prévois de vous en parler très bientôt), notre emménagement et finir une partie des travaux nous même (passer mes week-end chez Castorama, ou en tenue de peintre..un enfer pour moi!), mon job de designer textile toujours aussi prenant et passionnant (j'ai d'ailleurs eu pas mal de créations chez beaucoup de marques, je mets régulièrement mon book à jour, si ça vous intéresse c'est par ici > http://www.summercrush.fr/) et à la fin de l'année, deux voyages bien mérités !! Quelques jours à Lisbonne au Portugal, et un tour dans le Yucatan au Mexique. Évidemment j'ai pris beaucoup de photos, vous en saurez plus prochainement.

Je commence donc l'année avec ce poncho super graphique, une grosse écharpe noire et des boots à franges. Afin d'avoir bien chaud, je portais un perfecto noir sous le poncho. J'espère que ce look kaki, noir et nude vous plaira !***Je vous souhaite une Belle Année 2016, pleine de beaux projets et de nouvelles aventure ***xx Emilie

Hey!I’m finally back on the blog, everyone! I have to admit that between my work and the recent events in Paris, I hadn’t really taken the time (and wasn’t really that motivated, either) to post my last looks on the blog. At the same time, I said to myself that it wasn’t really worth it to force myself into anything, because I want my blog to be a free, spontaneous space for myself! (I really don’t want it to become routine). In any case 2015 was a very rich year for me, with the end of the construction work on our new home (which seemed to go on forever, such a nightmare! However it was worth the wait! I’ll talk to you all about it soon), our move-in and finishing part of the renovations ourselves (spending my whole weekends at the hardware store Castorama, or dressed as a painter, my personal hell!), my job as a textile designer is just as passion-filled and busy (I’ve had quite a few of my designs that were picked up by various brands, I update my book pretty often and if you’re interested you’re welcome to take a look here) and at the end of last year, two well-earned trips! We went to Lisbon, Portugal and went to Yucatan in Mexico. Obviously I took lots of pictures, you’ll all know more soon. Starting this year with a super-graphic poncho, a big black scarf and fringed boots. In order to be nice and warm, I was wearing a black biker-jacket under the poncho. I hope this khaki, black and nude look will please you all!***Happiest of New Years for 2016, I hope it’ll be filled with big, new adventures!***xx Emilie
