Le tsunami des technologies numériques (2) Pour que tout puisse être bouleversé, il fallait la conjonction de plusieurs conditions maintenant réunies : - Chacun, ou presque, a sur lui, vingt-quatre heures sur vingt-quatre, un terminal connecté à haut débit, géolocalisé, et doté d’un écran de qualité, - Le coût d’utilisation est bas, - La puce du terminal certifie l’identité de son détenteur et permet des transactions financières, - La génération Y qui a grandi avec Internet et sait intuitivement s’en servir, est montée en puissance, - La masse des données peut être traitée dynamiquement pour en extraire des connaissances et des informations structurées. Cette conjonction ouvre le champ à des innovations qui dynamitent les entreprises existantes.
