Hello ! Comme promis je vous emmène faire un tour au Cap Ferret, que j'ai eu l'occasion de découvrir lors de mon week-end à Arcachon dans les Landes.Nous sommes partis en bateau navette du port d'Arcachon afin de traverser la baie en 30 minutes plutôt que de longer le bassin, ce qui permet de gagner du temps.Le soleil n'était pas vraiment au rdv ce jour là, mais le charme du Cap était bien là. On est arrivés à marée basse, avec les parcs à huîtres à perte de vue. J'ai beaucoup aimé les jolies maisons au bord de la plage, les bateaux échoués sur le sable, et les baraques à huîtres un peu déglinguées, ambiance pirate des caraïbes. Nous avons évidemment dégusté des huîtres directement sorties des bassins et de délicieuses crevettes chez Catherine Roux, bien enveloppés dans nos jolis plaid. Le bonheur ! Si vous voulez avoir une place avec vue sur la mer, je vous conseille de réserver directement à votre arrivée car les places sont prisées.J'ai tellement aimé que j'ai envie d'y retourner avec des amis et dormir sur place afin de visiter plus amplement. As promised, I'm taking you all for a tour of Cape Ferret since I had the opportunity to discover it during my weekend in Arcachon, in Les Landes region of France. We took a shuttle boat to the port of Arcachon in order to cross the bay in thirty minutes instead of sailing along the edge of the bay, which bought us more time. The sun wasn't really there for us that day, but the charm of the Cape was definitely there! We arrived at low tide, with oysters all around as far as the eye could see. I really liked the lovely houses around the beach, the boats docked in the sand, and the funny-looking oyster-covered boats, a little bit like in Pirates of the Caribbean. We obviously tasted the fresh oysters and tasty shrimp at Catherine Roux's restaurant, all while wrapped up in our cute plaid blankets. What a great time! If you want to get a spot with a view of the sea, I definitely recommend making reservations as soon as you get there, since the spots are highly sought-after. I loved our visit so much that I'm dying to go back with friends and sleep there in order to visit even more of this beautiful area. I'll let you all discover Cape Ferret in the photos. xx Emilie
