Inspirations: Décorer les Potirons pour Halloween

L'heure est grave. Pas encore au point de devenir folle, mais presque.Deux jours, plus que deux jours avant la nuit d'Halloween dans les rues de New York et mes potirons sont encore nus comme un ver. Comme le lapin blanc d'Alice aux pays des merveilles, j'en suis à la limite de chanter: "Je suis en retard, en retard, en retard!"
J'ai acheté trois potirons il y a deux semaines lors de mon road trip spécial cueillette de pommes et potirons. Depuis, ces chers petits sont restés sur la table de salle à manger. Enfin, ça s'était jusqu'à ce que l'un d'entre eux explose subitement il y a deux soirs et nous empeste d'une odeur digne de ... Bon je m'arrête là, hein?! Le fait est que je ne peux plus le nier: mes potirons sont en train de mourir, à poil! Il m'en reste donc deux, désormais ur le sol du salon et ce soir, je m'y met.
Mon retard est surtout l'emblème de mon indécision permanente. Trop d'idées et aucune décision. En attendant, voilà quelques unes de mes inspirations. Reste à savoir si je les découpe, les décore d'une manière Halloweenesque ou plutôt élégante.  Comme il m'en reste deux, j'opte pour un potiron découpé et un potiron joliment décoré. Ok guys, I am stressed. Not at the point of freaking out, but almost. Two days, only two days left before Halloween night and I haven't decorated my pumpkins yet. Like the white rabbit in Alice in Wonderland, I am reaching the moment where I am running around singing: "I am late, I'm late, I'm late!". So what happened? How did it go down?I bought 3 pumpkins on my apple and pumpkin picking trip north of New York two weekends ago and they have been sitting untouched on the dining table. Well, that was until two nights ago when one of the pumpkin exploded and formed a smelly river down the chairs and the floor. Alright, this was a sign it has been too long already: my pumpkins are dying, naked! Two pumpkins are left and secured on the floor until tonight. Tonight I am dressing these cuties up.  
I have been debating for a while now and how to decorate them. In this post, I am showcasing pumpkin inspirations I found on blogs and websites. Carving or no carving? Pretty or scary? Now that I only have 2 pumpkins left, I have an idea: one will be uncarved and pretty, while the other one will be carved and creepy.
