Monde arabe - Immuabilité, terreur et oubli...

De la vague démocratique, qui, tremblement de terre annoncé, devait rénover une « nation » de quatre cents millions d’Arabes, il ne reste aujourd’hui qu’un murmure léger, étouffé par l’intolérance religieuse et le claquement des bottes, et qui s’épuise et s’amenuise comme, au matin, s’essouffle le Sirocco qui n’aura hurlé que l’espace d’une courte nuit.

Les « printemps arabes », ainsi, continuent de faire peine et donnent définitivement raison aux pessimistes de la première heure…

Mais l’instant n’est pas à triompher, pour les rares analystes qui avaient anticipé tous les avatars qui renversent aujourd’hui les assertions péremptoires des mass-médias euphoriques de l’époque.

Les « chaos arabes », de coups d’État militaires en affrontements civils, de censures en exécutions sommaires, de massacres fanatiques en meurtres rituels (en Syrie, on crucifie des Chrétiens sur des croix de bois), entraînent dans leur sillage des centaines de milliers d’hommes et de femmes qui, emportés par le torrent furieux de la guerre et de la répression tous azimuts, en Syrie, en Irak, en Égypte, en Libye, au Yémen, au Mali, en Afghanistan bientôt (où les talibans attendent le moment de reprendre l’initiative et regrettent que Washington a décidé de prolonger la présence de ses troupes jusqu’en 2016), tendent les mains vers le ciel et poussent le cri déchirant des désespérés, tandis que, au Maroc ou au Bahreïn, d’autres malheureux hurlent dans les prisons où l’on torture pour faire taire, à l’ombre du vernis luisant de monarchies absolues agréées par les démocraties du Couchant.

En Occident, en effet, apeurées par l’islamisme militaire galopant, les chancelleries ont rangé au placard leurs discours enthousiastes et enchanteurs des débuts, toutes ces belles envolées qui ont naguère justifié l’intervention libyenne.

Chacun se replie dorénavant dans ses retranchements et élève le niveau de sécurité intérieure face au phénomène que constitue le départ, de tous les pays d’Europe, de milliers de jeunes Musulmans, candidats au martyr, recrutés pour le djihad en Syrie, dont, très tacitement et discrètement, les gouvernements de l’Ouest, à l’instar de Washington, qui s’étaient jusqu’à présent abstenus de soutenir la révolution, ont commencé à réhabiliter le dictateur au pouvoir, meilleur cheval pour la sécurité internationale que le seraient les fanatiques de la Charia.

Les régimes autoritaires du Monde arabe en profitent dès lors pour se renforcer : au Qatar ; en Égypte, où l’armée a balayé et caché sous le tapis les débris d’une révolution éphémère et où les Égyptiens, tous ou presque, par peur ou par intérêt, tentent d’oublier ce mauvais rêve et de se convaincre que rien n’est jamais arrivé sur la place Tahrir ; au Maroc, destination de nombreux vacanciers européens inconscients, où la pratique de la torture connaît une spectaculaire recrudescence, à tel point qu’Amnesty International y consacre sa nouvelle campagne ; au Bahreïn, où une répression folle a succédé à un printemps réprimé sous les yeux clos des militaires de la Cinquième Flotte US ancrée dans le port de Manama, une répression (enlèvements, disparitions et tortures) qui n’a pas faibli et frappe quotidiennement encore la résistance civile, laquelle refuse de courber la tête et se demande comment il a été possible que Lewis Hamilton et l’écurie Mercedes aient eu l’indécence d’accepter la coupe du sang versé, en avril dernier…

Le Monde arabe bégaye… et la volatilité médiatique étant ainsi faite, les chaînes de télévisions occidentales, les quotidiens de l’Ouest, tous se sont détournés de ces causes perdues, déjà passées de mode, et que les vacances d’été qui s’approchent relègueront un peu plus encore dans le profond tiroir des affaires classées…

Stability, terror and oblivion …

Of the democratic wave, which was supposed renew a « nation » of four hundred million Arabs and was announced as an earthquake, only a slight whisper is left today, smothered by religious intolerance and the sound of marching boots. It is fading away, as does the Sirocco in the morning, running out of puff after howling one short night.

Hence the « Arab Springs » continue to have considerable trouble achieving anything and definitely prove those right, who were pessimistic about the thaw from the very beginning…

But the moment is not one for triumph for those few analysts who had anticipated all these misadventures, now overturning the pre-emptive assertions of the mass-media euphoria of the first days of the uprisings.

The « Arab chaos » leaves behind hundreds of thousands of men and women, who now hold out their hands up to the sky and cry out in despair and out of a torn apart world. Military coups, civil conflicts, censorship and summary execution, fanatic massacres and ritual murders (in Syria, Christians are being crucified on wooden crosses) have carried away raging warriors in all-out furies across Syria, Iraq, Egypt, Libya, Yemen, Mali and soon in Afghanistan (where the Taliban wait for the right moment to seize power and regret Washington’s decision to prolong the presence of US troops until 2016). In Morocco and Bahrain other miserables howl in prisons where they are tortured to be silent, in the shadow of the shining glaze of absolute monarchies, tolerated by the occident.

Indeed, in the West, the fear of military Islamism is galloping and the governments have put away their enthusiastic speeches about the delight of new beginnings and all these beautiful departures, which formerly justified Libyan intervention.

Everyone is folding back into their trenches and domestic security levels are raised, facing the phenomenon of an exodus of thousands of young Muslims, martyr candidates, heading from all over Europe into Syria, recruited to fight in the holy war. Whilst the Western governments, headed by Washington, had so far withheld support for the revolution in Syria, they have now begun restoring the dictator to his power – recognising it is the safest bet for international security, in view of Sharia fanatics.

The authoritarian regimes of the Arabic world are hence using this time to strengthen themselves; in Qatar; in Egypt, where the army has swept up the debris of an ephemeral revolution and brushed its remains under the carpet. The Egyptians, all or most of them, try to forget the bad dream in their own interest or out of fear and convince themselves that nothing ever happened on Tahrir Square. In Morocco, a popular destination for numerous unconscious European holidaymakers, torture is common practice and has known such an important resurgence recently, that Amnesty International devotes its new campaign to the situation in this country. In Bahrain, where a crazy repression followed the suppression of the local Arab spring – under the closed eyes of the Fifth US fleet, anchored in the port of Manama. It is an incessant repression with kidnappings, disappearances and tortures, daily finding its victims within popular resistance, which stands resolute and refuses to bow its head, wondering how it was possible, that Lewis Hamilton and the Mercedes stable had the indecency of accepting the blood-covered Cup last April…

The Arab world stutters… and the media volatility being as it is, the occidental television channels, the daily newspapers of the West – all have turned away from these lost causes, already out of fashion, and which the commencing holidays will push even further into the back of the deep drawer of closed cases…

ثبات و ارهاب و نسيان...

من موجة الديمقراطية التي كانت بمثابة زلزال معلن و التي كان من شأنها أن تجديد أمة تتألف من أربعة مليون مواطن عربي، لم يبقى اليوم إلا حمس بسيط أختنق بسبب التعصب الديني و طقطقة الأحذية، بدأ ينفد و يخمد كما تخمد ريح جنوبية شرقية حارة عند طلوح الفجر بعد أن هبت خلال فترة الليل القصيرة.

"الربيع العربي" بذلك ما زال بحالة محزنة و يدلي بأن الذين كانوا متشائمين منذ اللحظات الأولى كان عندهم حق...

فالأن ليست ساعة الانتصار بالنسبة للمحللين الأقلة الذين توقعوا كل المصائب التي تحدث اليوم و التي اطاحت بالتأكيدات القطعية التي ادلى بها الإعلام بحماس في ما مضى.

ف"الفوضى العربية" من انقلابات عسكرية و رقابة و اعدام و مجزار من قبل متعصبين التي تأخذ طابع الصقوس (كالجثث الذي وجدت مصلوبة في سوريا على صلبان خشبية)، تجر في أعقابها مئات الآلاف من الرجال والنساء الذين انجرفوا في سيل حرب و قمع هائج و شامل في سوريا والعراق ومصر وليبيا واليمن ومالي وأفغانستان قريبا (حيث تتنتظر طالبان لحظة استعادة زمام المبادرة وتأسف لأن واشنطن قررت تمديد وجود قواتها حتى عام 2016)، هؤلاء الرجال والنساء لا يملكون ألا رفع أيديهم إلى السماء و اطلاق صرخات اليأس الثاقبة. بينما في المغرب والبحرين، هناك بؤساء آخرون يطلقون صرخات حتى وطأة التعذيب في السجون ولإسكاتهم في ظل الطلاء اللامع للأنظمة الملكية المطلقة التي أقرتها الديمقراطيات في "الغارب".

حيث أنه في الغرب المتخوف من التيار الإسلامي العسكري المتصاعد، قد وضعت الحكومات في الخزائن خطاباتها الحماسية و الساحرة التي كانت تصدرها في البدايات، وجميع الموجات الجميلة التي بررت سابقا التدخل في ليبيا.

فكل واحدة من هذه الحكومات منطوية في الزاويتها منشغلة في الرفع من مستوى أمنها الداخلي أمام ظاهرة انضمام آلاف الشباب المسلم من كل دول أوروبا لصفوف الجهاديين و المرشحين للجهاد في سبيل نيل الشهادة في سوريا. فهذه الحكومات الغربية و التي على غرار واشنطن، قد امتنعت حتى الآن عن دعم الثورة، بدأت تساهم في إعادة تأهيل الدكتاتور في السلطة، و الذي يعتبر أفضل الخيول للأمن الدولي بدلا من متعصبي الشريعة.

الأنظمة الاستبدادية في العالم العربي تستغل هذه الفرصة لتعزز نفسها كما هو الحال في قطر و مصر ، حيث قش الجيش و أخفى تحت السجادة حطام ثورة سريعة الزوال. كما أن المصريين كلهم تقريبا، أما تحت وطأة الخوف أو المصلحة، باتوا يحاولون نسيان هذا الحلم السيئ و إقناع أنفسهم بأنه لم يحدث سيء في ميدان التحرير. اما في المغرب و الذي يعتبر وجهة الكثير من السياح الأوروبيين اللامبالين، فإن ممارسات التعذيب تشهد تزايد كبير، لدرجة أن منظمة العفو الدولية قد خصصت حملتها الجديدة لهذا البلد. و البحرين، حيث تبع الربيع المقموع حالة من القمع الجنوني و ذلك تحت أعين جيش الاسطول الخامس الامريكي الراسي في ميناء المنامة المغلقة، فهذه الحالة من القمع (اختطاف واختفاء و تعذيب) لم تضعف بعد، و تستهدف يوميا المقاومة المدنية، التي ترفض الانحناء، وتتساءل كيف كان من الممكن للويس هاميلتون و فريق مرسيدس قبول و بكل بذاءة كأس من الدماء التي أُريقت في ابريل/نيسان ...

العالم العربي متلعثم... فبالنسبة لوسائل الإعلام والصحف الغربيقابل للتبخرة كل شيء ، لذلك ا تحولت اهتماماتهم بعيدا عن هذه القضايا الضائعة التي أصبحت "موضة قديمة"، يعزز قدوم العطلة الصيفية من تصنيفها في درج القضايا التي أُقف البحث في أمرها...
