La petite fabrique, fresh & bio

Aujourd'hui j'ai envie de vous parler d'un restaurant bio que j'adore, La Petite Fabrique, situé dans une petite rue du quartier de la campagne à Paris, dans le 20ème.
Tous les plats sont "faits maison", à base d'ingrédients frais, de saison, et surtout ils n'ont pas voyagé pour arriver jusqu'à votre assiette ^^ Mes chouchous sont l'assiette végétarienne, variée et copieuse, les ravioles aux épinards et caviar d'aubergines accompagnées d'une délicieuse sauce au tamarin, à tomber ! Et le crumble pomme amande.Le pain est aussi très bon. En plus les prix sont accessibles.
Cet ancien atelier d'artistes est très convivial, avec sa cuisine ouverte et ses grandes baies vitrées qui s'ouvrent quand le soleil sort. J'aime beaucoup son style loft cosy et spacieux avec son joli mur en briques. On s'y sent un peu comme à la maison !

This former artist studio is very user friendly, with its open kitchen and large windows that open when the sun comes out. I love its cozy loft and spacious style, with its pretty brick wall. It feels just like home !
