Shrimpy's — London, UK

Si vous prévoyez bientôt un weekend à Londres, voici une petite adresse très chouette de restaurant pop-up qui ne sera ouvert que 2 ans. Shrimpy's est dirigé par Pablo Flack et David Waddington - vétérans de la scène du restaurant pop-up - et se situe au bord d'un canal londonien (en fait si on ne connaît pas cet endroit on ne le trouvera jamais par hasard car il est un peu caché!) dont le cadre est très agréable. Les prix sont corrects, les plats sont originaux et goûteux, bref, un dîner londonien parfait! La langouste et la purée de maïs sont fantastiques...

If you're planning a weekend in London soon, here is a very nice little pop-up restaurant that will be open only 2 years. Shrimpy's is led by Pablo Flack and David Waddington - veterans of the pop-up restaurant scene - and lies at the edge of a canal in London (in fact if you do not know this place you will never find by chance because it is a bit hidden!) whose setting is lovely. The prices are fair, the food is tasty and original, a perfect Londonian dinner! The lobster and mashed corn are amazing...
