Ingredients: 2 large potatoes - ½ cup beet mixed (various colors) - ½ cup carrots mixed (various colors) - ½ cup red cabbage - 1spring oignon - the juice and zest of ½ lime- ¼ tsp of fresh horseradish - leaves a small bunch of mint - olive oil - salt
Cut the potatoes into very thin fries. Wash, rinse and dry.
Grate with a coarse grater, beets and carrots. Cut the cabbage and spring onion into very thin slices
Mix beets, carrots, cabbage and onion. Add lime, horseradish and olive oil.
Cook the fries and drain well.Put the fries on the plate. Add over salad. Sprinkle mint leaves.Livre offert
