Ingredients: 1 green apple - 1 small bunch of dandelion greens - ½ pear - ½ avocado - juice of ½ lemon - 1 tbsp sugar syrup - 1 tsp raspberry coulis - 1 raspberry
Cut apples and pears into quarters.
Centrifuge the dandelion then after the apple and pear.
Pour the juice into a blender. Add the avocado, lemon juice and sugar syrup and mix everything.
Pour the juice into a glass. Add the raspberry coulis and raspberry.
