Ingredients: 2 passion fruit - 2 tbsp sugar -5cl water -1 bottle of cider
Open the fruit and put the pulp in a small saucepan.Add the sugar and water. Cook over medium heat for ten minutes. Spend the whole of the pan containedin a colander.
Put the juice in the pan and cook until the juice is syrupy.
Cool.
Pour the cider into glasses and add the passion fruit syrup.
