"If we are going to go abroad it will probably be with a partner, probably somebody with proven retail expertise in that market," said Arcadia owner Philip Green.Philip Green selected the best department store  in Paris  for his first ever French store !Topshop will open a pop-up store on February 11th in Galeries Lafayette, carrying the English fashion high street to the French capital.The 35 square-metre space houses the store's mainline collection including a selection of apparel, accessories and shoes.
Topshop creative director Kate Phelan to show the “London Look” to the French fashionistas."That creative layering, it's very street style and that's something London does well. It's the way that musicians dress and music is a very big influence on British fashion. Unlike the French, we don't have that history of heritage labels so we turn to music."
