Alvalle Battle Déco

Il y a peu, voulant promouvoir un peu mon blog, j'ai voulu poster ma recette de chantilly d'avocat aux oeufs de truite (cuillères de chantilly d'avocat aux oeufs de truite) sur le site internet "Le journal des femmes" et sans m'en rendre vraiment compte, j'ai participé à un concours de cuisine sur la thématique décoration afin de promouvoir la marque Alvalle. Résultat j'ai fait parti des deux gagnantes et j'ai eu la possibilité de tourner ma recette! Je n'ai pas gagné la battle mais je suis quand même très fière car ma recette a été le coup de coeur gustatif de la juge et puis quelle excellente expérience! Vous pouvez me voir à partir de 3:50.
Not so long ago, I wanted to promote my blog so I posted my recipe  of avocado chantilly and trout eggs (avocado chantilly and trout eggs) on a famous French website called "Le journal des femmes" and without knowing I participated to a cooking contest on the theme : decoration in your plate to promote the brand Alvalle. So I was one of the two winner and I had the opportunity to shoot my recipe! I didn't win the battle but I was still really proud because my recipe was the judge's favorite in term of taste and it was a really nice experience! You can see me at 3:50.
