Un road movie historique dans les coulisses de l'opéra Maraina pour découvrir en musique l'histoire des premiers habitants des îles de l'Océan Indien.

La projection sera suivie d'une rencontre avec Marie-Clémence et Cesar Paes et de certains protagonistes du film... - " Venez nombreux, l'île est paradisiaque et c'est tout simplement notre festival préféré! " (Cesar Paes)
Dans le cadre du festival, vous pourrez également admirer une exposition de Benjamin Flao, l'illustrateur qui a créé la superbe affiche de notre film. Il y exposera les planches originales de sa nouvelle BD "Kilalana song", située dans l’ archipel de Lamu au Kenya. (éditions Futuropolis). Selon le magazine Beaux Arts de juillet 2012 : "Ça faisait longtemps qu'on attendait l'héritier d'Hugo Pratt en bande dessinée. On l'a peut-être trouvé en la personne de Benjamin Flao..."

Screening followed by a Q&A with Marie-Clémence et Cesar Paes and some caracters of the film... - " come and discover, the island is a paradise with almost no cars and it is just our favorite festival ! " (Cesar Paes)
During the festival there will be an exhibition of Benjamin Flao, who has created the poster of our film . He will show original copies of his Comic-Book "Kilalana song", that takes place in Lamu, Kenya. (éditions Futuropolis). According to Beaux Arts magazine in july 2012 : "Benjamin Flao is probably the successor of Hugo Pratt ..."
