Chocolate workshop at the Maison des Toiles

During Easter weekend, the Maison des toiles of Saint-Thélo open exceptionally its doors to public.

They invited the chocolate-maker Christophe Bardoul from Peillac (56), for a little workshop on chocolate, his chocolate-maker job and the history and fabrication of chocolate.

During 2 hours, he explain us how did we obtain the final chocolate he had to make his chocolate eggs, the difference between black chocolate and white chocolate, and many others cooking advices.

The last surprise was the official presentation oh his last creation, the linen chocolate.
