Dans le cadre du festival « Paris Hip hop », se tenait à Clichy sous Bois le festival
Effervescence, du 27 juin au 4 juillet. Le collectif « original district » mené par Joey recevait notamment
Thomas Koffi un membre actif de l’association hip hop citoyens , organisatrice du festival.
