The chef, Bo Bech, closed his restaurant with the same name a while ago (it had one Michelin star), before opening this new one. He was formed in London and also Paris with Alain Senderens and Alain Passard at the Arpège. Some wood tables surround the open kitchen with its bar, in a dark and designed atmosphere. There are no entrées or main course, only same sized plates, that you order one by one, depending on your hunger. They are between 12 and 30 euros each (yes, Copenhagen is very expensive). Good mention for the fennel raviolis which I loved, on the other hand, with the chef beeing away a lot (reality tv show and so on), I felt that there was a lack of precision in the meals, which I found often too salty - shame!
Emulsion de beurre salé, crabe & purée de pommes de terre (aïe, trop salé!) / Salted butter, crab & mashed potatoes (too salty!)
Soupe de champignons (parfumée mais trop salée!) / Mushroom soup (tasty but too salty again!)
Raviolis de fenouil - probablement les meilleurs que j'ai pu goûter, une véritable explosion de saveurs dans une délicate pâte - & turbot grillé à la perfection / Fennel raviolis - probably the best ones I ever had, a tasty explosion in a delicate paste - & perfectly grilled turbot
Oseille, jaune d'oeuf poché & magret de canard (un poil trop cuit) / Sorrel, poched egg yolk & duck magret (a little too cooked)
Glace au yaourt de brebis, oseille sauvage & brindilles au cacao - intéressant mix de saveurs acides / Sheep milk yoghurt ice-cream, wild sorrel & cocoa branches - interesting mix of acid flavours
