Mais si je considère l'ampleur des problématiques qui pointent à l'horizon, j'ose espérer que les gurus des ressources humaines sont occupés à dresser des plans en ce sens. Topics of study include recruitment, selection, team dynamics, compensation, benefits, and records management. Upon completion of this degree program, graduates will be qualified to determine human resource needs, recruit candidates for positions and select candidates to fill positions.
