Concours Halloween – Les gagnants / Halloween Contest – The Winners

Je pensais sincèrement pouvoir publier ce billet plus tôt! Mais dans mon jury, il y avait deux adolescents… Et ceux qui en abrite chez eux sauront qu’il est souvent difficile de leur faire prendre une décision! C’est donc enfin chose faite malgré un choix des plus difficiles au regard des superbes recettes participantes! Et comme me le faisait remarquer Gaëlle, il est vrai que toutes mériteraient de gagner.

Oyez oyez braves gens, ont été élus :

Meilleure recette sucrée : Les meringues fantômes d’Halloween de Fofie.

Meilleure recette salée : La main de sorcière de Stef.

Elles remportent chacune le colis annoncé et deux invitations au Salon Saveurs des Plaisirs Gourmands qui aura lieu du 2 au 5 décembre 2011 à Paris, à l’Espace Champerretet et du 9 au 11 décembre, à la Porte de Versailles – Pavillon 5.2, toujours à Paris.

Et comme le choix fut vraiment trop difficile, le jury accorde également une mention spéciale à :

- Milartist pour son parmentier de potimarron
- Marine pour ses sablés à la noisette et à la fève Tonka.
- Sophie pour ses yeux en pâte d’amandes (et ses nombreuses autres contributions!)
- Jessica pour ses donuts d’Halloween
- Hilde et son biscuit d’Halloween
- Nadège et son pain surprise araignée
- Patricia et ses apéritifs salés
- Kat et son potimarron aux fruits de mer.

Chacune remporte également une entrée au Salon Saveurs des Plaisirs Gourmands.

Je remercie encore chaleureusement l’ensemble des participants et regrette vraiment de ne pas pouvoir vous récompenser tous. J’espère que vous aurez pris plaisir à participer. Pour moi, ce fut un réel plaisir de voir et lire comment vous débordez d’imagination! L’ensemble de vos recettes fera l’objet d’un petit livret pdf, prêt au plus tard pour Halloween 2012. Les deux recettes gagnantes feront encore, dans un proche futur, l’objet d’un billet avec traduction en anglais.

I truly believe that I would publish this post earlier! But in my jury, there were two teenagers … And those who have some at home know that it is often difficult to make them make a choice! So it’s finally done despite one of the most difficult choices in regard to the superb participating recipes! And as pointed out Gaëlle, it is true that all would deserve to win.

Hear ye hear ye good people, were elected :

Best sweet recipe : The ghost meringues of Halloween from Fofie.

Best savoury recipe : The Witch’s Hand from Stef.

They win each the announced parcel and two invitations to the Salon des Plaisirs Gourmands which runs from 2 to 5 December 2011 in Paris, Espace Champerret and from December 9 to 11, at the Porte de Versailles – Hall 5.2, still Paris.

And as the choice was really too difficult, the jury also granted a special mention to :

– Sophie for her almond paste eyes (and her many other contributions!)
– Jessica for her donuts for Halloween

– Kat and her pumpkin with seafood

Each also wins an invitation to the Salon des Plaisirs Gourmands.

I again thank warmly all the participants and really regret not being able to reward you all. I hope you enjoyed participating. For me it was a real pleasure to see and read how you’re full of imagination! All recipes will be published in a pdf booklet, at least ready for Halloween 2012. The two winning recipes will, in the near future, be the subject of a post with English translation.
