Battlefield Academy 1.5.4

New update available. Version 1.5.4 includes many new features, including much-requested reversing and the ability to carryover units from mission to mission.

+ New unit orders: Reverse and Scout.
+ Carryover campaigns, allowing surviving units to be brought from prior missions.
+ Claim abandoned multiplayer battles from in game.

New Orders
Reverse – reverse armour away from the enemy, protecting your rear.
Scout – infantry can use the scout command to increase their spotting range

Carryover
Create campaigns with carryover. This allows you to denote units from either side which will then appear (if they survive!) in later missions. All with no scripting required.

Claim old games
A new multiplayer button allow you to claim (and clear) any game where you have waited for the opponent for more than 30 days.

Scripting
Includes new commands to support dynamic objects (create, destroy, check objects on the map). Commands to support advanced carryover logic. Access globals from another script. Check out the Autodocs.

Bug Fixes
+ particle definition overflow
+ achivements correctly displayed when done previously
+ fixed crash when attempting to enter MP if offline
+ reconnects before uploading to help with connection issues
+ fixed bug when failing to upload allowed turn to continue
+ improved corrupt MP turn checking

Civil War Battles: Campaign Atlanta Patch 1.04

Changes for Campaign Atlanta 1.04

- Fix for using AI to fire on Manual side causing problems for AI on
opposing side.

Changes for Campaign Atlanta 1.03
- AI firing is now by stack instead of by unit.
- Activate AI when under Manual control now only activates AI Firing and
not AI Movement.
- Added new Ammo Artillery by Cannon optional rule.
- Added ability to specify alternative arrival hexes for a reinforcement.
- Added Alternate Melee Resolution rule which separates melees into
separate phase.
- Added fix for Uncrewed or Spiked artillery spotting enemy units.
- Added toolbar button for Command Range.
- Added new Proportional Opportunity Fire Optional Rule that causes
Opportunity Fire generated by firing units to be more proportional to
the total strength of the units firing.
- Added new Parameter Data value that controls when artillery crews are
killed.
- Added new Alternate Fixed Unit release Optional Rule that releases Fixed
units within 5 hexes of an enemy unit regardless of Line-of-Sight to that
unit.
- Fix for some screensavers causing game to go blank.

- Fixed bug: Map editor deletes overlapping markers when bulldozing buildings.
- Fixed bug: Stop numbers don’t appear in minimap.
- Fixed bug: Translation errors.
- Fixed bug: Vehicles sometimes load too many passengers after breaking down
- Improvement: Better prevention of unnecessary interchanges.
- Improvement: Player vehicles don’t wait too long for passengers coming to the stop.
- Improvement: Wider audio device selection area in the settings menu.
- Improvement: A button to toggle all lines of the same type visible or hidden.
