I’M A BELIEVER
I want to believe that the sky is blue everywhere
Let me believe that the grey clouds are the wings of some angel
I want to believe the thundering is only the fluttering of its wings
Let me believe that the sun will always blaze in the sky
That there are green trees everywhere
I want to believe that the birds are singing
That the waves are kissing the shore
Let me believe that everything is beautiful and simple
Let me for a moment suspend all disbelief
And believe that the world is beautiful
That nothing greys
Nothing ends
Let me believe there is love
And that it goes on and on .
JE VOIS
Que verrais-je encore?
Trop de dégâts et de torts m’envahissent le regard
Je vois des humains mourir sous un ciel bleu
Je vois des maisons brulées sous la pluie
Je vois des couteaux dans les mains innocentes
Je vois des larmes dans les yeux criminels
Je vois la nature devenir désert
Et le désert inondé par les rivières
Je vois le soleil s’éteindre
Et le monde devenir obscur
Je vois la mer m’engloutir
Et ma vue devenir floue
Y a-t-il quelqu’un qui sache interpréter les rêves ?
