Organisation

Lorsque j’ai lu le thème de la semaine, Organisation, la première image qui me soit venue a été celle d’une bibliothèque remplie de beaux livres anciens…

Une autre idée qui m’a effleurée était de prendre en photo l’un des nombreux bâtiments des institutions européennes que nous avons la chance d’avoir sur Strasbourg et que je longe régulièrement en allant au travail. L’Europe est une Organisation en soi.

Je suis finalement restée sur ma première idée. J’adore les livres (et ne suis pas la seule dans ce cas dans notre famille). Nous en avons donc une quantité non négligeable chez nous! Nos bibliothèques débordent d’ailleurs de partout! Les livres y sont classés par genre et par auteur. Dans la photo retenue pour le projet, les connaisseurs reconnaîtront le coin Science Fiction et Fantasy (extrêmement bien représenté chez nous!). Dans le fond, vous pouvez repérer la série des « Dragons de Pern » d’Anne Mc Caffrey que je vous conseille si vous ne la connaissez pas. Les livres du devant sont ceux d’un de mes auteurs préférés. Qui me donnera son nom?

Les deux autres photos étaient des alternatives intéressantes. L’une de l’étagère « Grands Livres » au contenu et genre varié (et parmi ces auteurs, je vous recommande Ken Follet, en particulier ses « Piliers de la Terre »), l’autre très intellectuelle d’ouvrages scientifiques.

Et nous voilà partis pour la semaine suivante : « Courbe » !

When I read the theme of the week, Organisation, the first image that came to my mind was the one of a bookshelf full of beautiful old books …

Another idea was to take a picture of one of the many buildings of the European institutions that we are fortunate to have in Strasbourg and which I regularly cross on my way to work. Europe is an Oganisation in itself.

I finally stayed on my first idea. I love books (and I am not the only one in our family). We therefore have a significant amount of books at home! Our bookcases are overflowing! The books are categorized by genre and by author. In the photo chosen for the project, connoisseurs will recognize the Science Fiction and Fantasy corner (extremely well represented here!). In the background, you can see the books of the « Dragonriders of Pern » by Anne Mc Caffrey I advise you to read if you do not know them. The books on the front are from one of my favorite authors. Who will give me his name?

The other two photos were interesting alternatives. One of the shelf « Great Books » with variable content and type (and among these authors, I recommend Ken Follet with his « Pillars of the Earth« ), the other very intellectual with scientific literature.

And now we’re off for next week : « Curve » !
