US Airways n'a pas pu la réparer, mais, et c'est la ou j'adore le service clientèle américain: du coup ils m'en ont acheté une neuve. Et pas de la merde en plus. Comme ils ne trouvait pas l’équivalent (tu parles elle est Française ma valise) ils m'ont offert une Delsey qui est fort chouette.
"Poids Plume", c'est a dire 5kg a vide, pèse-valise intégrée si ça dépasse 22kg, spacieuse, extensible, bon la classe quoi. Mais surtout elle est neuve et livrée gratuitement a domicile.
Quand je pense que ma dernière valise abimée en France il me fallait moi même trouver un réparateur, faire faire un papier qu'elle n’était pas réparable pour obtenir x% de sa valeur. Ils sont quand même forts les américains.
I said yes because I love this suitcase, given to me by my family on a birthday, it's the one that took me to Hubby in 2006. It's with it that I went to Hawaii. It even did two round trips to France. I had even painted pretty designs on it to set it apart from its neighbors. Oh sure I knew the life expectancy of a suitcase is short, but I still believed in it.
US Airways could not repair it, but, and that's when I love the American customer service: instead they bought me a new one. Not a crappy one either. Since they couldn't find the equivalent (duh it's French) they gave me a neat Delsey suitcase.
Lightweight, that's for 10 pounds empty, with a scale integrated to warn if it goes over 50 pounds, spacious, expendable, classy. And mainly brand new with free home delivery.
When I think about my last damaged suitcase in France when I had to find someone to repair it myself, then do a paper that it couldn't be repaired to get x% of it's value. American are good at this.
