Foot Locker Inc. is set to introduce officially licensed NBA stores-within-stores to all 486 of its Champs Sports outlets across the United States by the start of next season. The 8 to 12-foot long NBA shops will appear at 69 Champs Sports stores within the next month, and will feature licensed NBA products and apparel, merchandise endorsed by star players such as LeBron James, and exclusive products from league sponsors Adidas. The NBA-supplied store signage and the product assortment will be updated throughout the year. Foot Locker Inc. will provide marketing support in the form of player appearances, social-media promotions and exposure on the in-store Champs Sports TV network.
