Le support Microsoft n’accepte pas les fichiers “supports” créées par Windows 7

Pour résoudre un problème de compatibilité, le support Microsoft demande de lui faire parvenir des enregistrements réalisés avec l’observateur d’événements.

Petit problème, le système de messagerie du support n’accepte pas le format de fichiers “.evtx” créé par l’observateur d’événements de Windows 7.
