Last year I published a post about the ecological impact of each means of payment. To be summarized, plastic cards are really dangerous for Earth (because of their destruction process), and paper cheques are, like others paper objects, not a carbon neutral solution.
So it’s time to change, it’s time to adopt dematerialized means of payment, because the offer is now available : on mobile phone, on contactless sticker, on twitter, etc. Have a look at Obopay, Bling Nation, Tunz, First data, etc. Just try it.
