If Outmen is one of the most interesting current Swedish bands, it is in part because it might be one of the most amazing ones. They have this little something, this little charming do-it-yourself trick that few bands possess. I actually already said it twice in this blog.
Their new song You might be in a band sounds as simple and brilliant as their previous battered nursery rhymes. Outmen recorded it in one of the members of the band's apartment who gave the song a quitte accurate nickname : "the cow-boy song".
If they have recorded their past songs in a slow process, their new ones - titled Toto or Africa - will be published soon. I hope eventually they will be able to release their debut album.

Pour mes compatriotes français
Si Outmen est l'un des groupes suédois les plus intéressants du moment, c'est parce qu'il est aussi l'un des plus surprenants. Ils ont ce petit quelquechose en plus, ce petit truc artisanal dont disposent peu de groupes. Je l'ai déjà indiqué deux fois dans ce blog.
Leur nouveau morceau You might be in a band sonne aussi simple et réussi que leurs petites comptines précédentes. Outmen l'a enregistré dans l'appartement d'un des membres du groupe qui a surnommé le morceau "la chanson du cow-boy".
Si leurs précédentes chansons ont été enregistrées lentement, leurs prochaines - intitulés Toto ou Africa - devraient être bientôt publiées. J'espère qu'un premier album suivra.
