Kaninmannen is one of the projects of Joel Segerstedt (the singer of The Open up and bleeds).
This is how he describes it : "Kanin=rabbit, mannen=the man. The Rabbitman. The lyrics are about what's going on in the mind of rabbitman. He's an outsider with a dark mind. A lonely man with dirty thoughts. We like the name cause it sounds perverse and a bit psycho. This project has existed almost 5 years, I think. It's me and Johan (Word, Radio LXMBRG, Boys Lost). We write and record all the songs together. We meet up, get drunk, write and record the songs right away. It's meant to be spontanious. It's drum machine, guitar, bass, syntheziser and vocals. Krautpunkrock kind of, in Swedish".

Voici comment il décrit ce projet : "Kanin=lapin, mannen=l'homme. L'homme-lapin. Les paroles traitent de ce qui se passe dans la tête d'un homme-lapin. C'est un outsider à l'esprit sombre. Un homme seul avec des pensées crades. Nous aimons le nom parce qu'il sonne pervers et un peu psycho. Ce projet existe depuis près de 5 ans, il me semble. Il s'agit de moi et de Johan (Word, Radio LXMBRG, Boys Lost). Nous écrivons et enregistrons les chansons ensemble. On se voit, se bourre la gueule, puis écrivons et enregistrons les chansons dans la foulée. C'est censé être spontané. Une boîte à rythme, une guitare, une basse, un synthé et des paroles. Une sorte de Krautpunkrock en Suédois".
Et bien, c'est à peu près ça j'imagine, je ne vois pas ce que je pourrais écrire de mieux que ce qu'en dit Joel.
