Sigil, éditeur de fichiers ePub open source et gratuit, à tester

Il est à la fois gratuit et open source : Sigil a effectivement tout pour plaire, d'autant qu'il tourne sous Windows et marcherait manifestement aussi sous Mac.
Cependant, son concepteur estime qu'il faut encore s'en tenir à ce qui serait une version alpha, qu'il estampille 0.1.0, histoire de vraiment prévenir tout le monde que des bugs peuvent encore survenir.
