Here is a light cool salad for Summer when it's hot, as a main dish or a side dish.
1/2 cucumber
2 gherkins
1/2 onion
1 tin tuna
3 tbs capers
basil
olive oil, balsamic vinegar
salt, pepper
Peel and cut in small piece the cucumber, salt it and let it drain
chop the onion in small piece, do the same with the gherkin and the basil
drain the oil off the tuna and crumble it with a fork
mix everything together in a plate add some olive oil, vinegar, adjust the seasoning and eat fresh.
