Did you know? I’m reading David A. Price’s The Pixar Touch, and will be talking  about it more, later. But here is already something I didn’t know. Did you know that Steve Jobs was not the only person interested in Pixar back when they were at Lucasfilms. Philips and Siemens analyze how Pixar’s rendering technology could be applied to 3D rendering of CAT-Scanner studies. Thanks God, that deal didn’t happen. We would have never heard of Toy Story, Bug’s Life, Finding Nemo or Ratatouille. And now, Philips and Siemens have nice 3D rendering software coming with their CT-scanner, anyway.
