This is his 12th time to cash at the WSOP (more than any other finalist); and his best previous finish was 15th place in the $2,000 buy-in Limit Hold’em event this year. He’s been playing poker for over 15 years, and already had an impressive list of cashes at the World Series of Poker* before this year’s Main Event - with 11 in total, and two more in WSOP* Circuit events. He also plays cash games regularly at casinos in Las Vegas, Atlantic City and at Foxwoods, in Connecticut. In addition to his success at the poker table, Ylon played on the professional chess circuit for 12 years as a ranked Chess Master, and also enjoys playing backgammon and many other games. He’s had many different jobs over the years, including being a child actor, an assistant teacher, a Broadway ticket broker and even a dancer.
